From Dust, the quirky “god-game” in which you morph terrain from an overhead perspective in order to keep your idolizing villagers alive, is hitting XBLA tomorrow for 1200 MSP. To get you all excited for this Summer of Arcade release, there’s a brand new trailer out to get you all excited and crazy. Check out the video above, which Ubisoft released earlier today.
I’m real excited about this one, myself, especially as it purposely resembles Populous: a fond reminder of the days when Peter Molyneux was still only 99% insane. Summer of Arcade is already proving to be all kinds of awesome, with Bastion and From Dust already validating the entire thing.
From Dust is also slated for release on PC August 17th, with a planned release on PSN later this year.
