Check out the multiplayer trailer for Modern Warfare 3 above, which launched today along with Call of Duty XP, going on right this very second in Los Angeles. I’m sure we’ll get more info as the event progresses, but for now, just be sated with the footage they’ve been shown. Or be upset. I don’t know the proper reaction, dear reader.
I’m going to be honest for a moment– I don’t play a ton of games in the Call of Duty franchise. So, I can’t tell you with any sort of authority what is new and what is not new in the above trailer. What I can tell you, however, is that if you like Modern Warfare 2, then you will probably like Modern Warfare 3. Just my best guess.
There are definitely: guns, mans with guns, turrets, gun-turrets, helicopters, helicopters with guns, and cool little pop-up floaty mines.
Modern Warfare 3 is slated for release on Nov. 8 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
