This is going to be kinda short. Its a shoot ‘em up, plain and simple. I had aesthetic problems with it. The sounds being obnoxious at times. The voice acting becoming just the same things being said over and over. I found myself a few levels in and couldn’t do it anymore. I was genuinely bored.
The Road To There
I don’t know. Its cheap-ish for a game. If you are looking for something like it then there you go. At this point I feel we’ve been inundated with “meh” games in the slow period of summer and its gotten to me. In the end I hope games like these are for something grander, but I’m not to sure about that. Like an upstart funding for a more insanely aspirational title that the world would never expect. But that never seems to be the case. They can’t all be Cinderella stories I guess.
